When will my order ship and how long will it take to arrive?
Our standard handling time is 1-3 days and we ship orders via USPS First Class (5-7 days) and USPS Priority (2-3 days). For more detailed information about the status of your package once it has shipped, please refer to the tracking number we emailed you for your order. All days are business days.
What is your return/refund policy?
Due to the our products being natural, we cannot assure the purity of goods once they have been shipped. For safety and hygiene reasons we are unable to restock or resell items, so we do not accept returns. We work to provide the best possible products using quality natural ingredients. If for some reason you are unhappy with your order and would like a replacement or refund, please send an email to info@chrissbbqshop.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days of your request, but depending on your banking institution, funds may take 2-7 days to appear in your bank account.
