This set consists of 2 totally new and unique grilling tools: The Dragon Claw, and the Super Tongs.
The Dragon Claw adds real functionality to the old style grill forks, by allowing a sideways use of the fork, which is often much more efficient than the usual jabbing method. With just a flick of the wrist you can flip steaks and chops with the sideways tine of the fork, and then use the standard tines to lift and turn heavy roasts.
Usually tool sets include tongs and a spatula, which tend to be used more in everyday grill than grill forks. The problem is that tongs aren’t very good for flipping burgers, and spatulas aren’t very good at picking up sausages, so chefs have to switch back and forth. The Super Tongs solves this by including a very efficient small spatula on one tong. This is the first spatula/tongs combination that really works!
